24 NCAC 06A .0112         Payment of Fees

(a)  All required fees or sums to be paid to the Commission shall be paid via wire transfer of funds or other form as prescribed by the Director.

(b)  Checks, credit cards, and other forms of payment given to the Commission or its agents or vendors for fees due that are returned unpaid shall be considered cause for license denial, Suspension, or Revocation.
